The Adidas Forum was launched as a basketball shoe in 1984. Due to his stylish shape and partly exceptional colours he was traded as a sneaker.

This Deluxe edition of the Forum MID is competly made of white, perforated leather with beige inside material. Like all Forum models it comes with a velcro above the lacing and above this it has a golden adidasbranded badge on top. Beige heel cap, white sole.
