VINTAGE EDITION
This is a special shoe in OT'S history as it was not ound in any catalogues from Tokyo 1964. This mid-cut version was discovered in the archives of the ASICS research and developement department in Kobe. The mid-cut feature was intended to support the ankle and was used as a training shoe or the Long, High and Triple Jump as well as Pole Vaulting disciplines which seemed to work beyond gravity.
White vintage leather with crackle patina upper. Blue and red original stripes, suede details. Silver logo prints and a Tokyo design on the heel.
